'Report Page' Type 'Tool Tip' option for an Image object

Hi,

I would like to have the option of adding a 'Report Page' Type 'Tool Tip' option for an image object as exists for the Card Visual.

Here I tried to paste a card visual with a Tool Tip above an Image. I would like the same but without having to use the Card Visual. Specially because I can´t hide the text in the card visual and I can´t use a specific font color because the image contains both white and black.
