Publishing progress bar

• There should be a progress bar to indicate the publishing status.
• This indicator can also provide estimatedd time based on the file size, connection, etc.
• It should also provide an option to show details about the component being published e.g. data model, data, dashboard, etc. In addition, status of parralil publishing threads (if any)

Yes,  i also need this function. Today, i try to publish the file more than 300M, it takes more time. But i don't know what's the status. I have to check the internet and related information.
