KPI Card

I am Trying to create a KPI Card Visual in regards to 'how many surveys have been completed' like the example below.

What measures do I need to undertake to get this working. The data fields that I would need to use from my table are Primary Key, which would over all indicate how many surveys have been completed. I also want the KPI card to show the total surveys completed per business unit to, this is also in my table. 

 

If someone could help me in regards to how the measures would need to be that would be great.
