Filter Dashboard based on Team meeting attendees

Would it be possible to filter a BI Dashboard based on the attendees of an online meeting held in Teams. The Dashboard in question is embeded in MS Teams and utilizes RLS. But this would be different in that the meeting attnedees may not be part of those current RLS setting. Looking for thoughts not nessassarily a solution.
