Add an option to callout specific data points in chart

Provide an option to display specific data points. Such as display data label for start and end point of line chart. Data label density doesn't provide freedom to view/hide required data points. Developer should be able to set which data labels should be displayed and which not.

This will help us in sharing proper story.
