How to make multi-row legends to show full name of legend in top left

I had Month on x axis Cost on y axis and some 20+ legends which is reflecting as stack bar in power bi. as legend is stings they are not showing as full name . How can I show those legend as full name as top left by making one or two rows of legend can be work

Power BI doesn’t support multi-row legends directly. Here’s a workaround:
- Turn off the default legend in the Format pane.
- Create a manual legend using a separate Matrix or Table visual:
- Place it at the top-left.
- Add your legend field and use conditional formatting (if needed) to match colours.
- Resize and arrange it to look like a multi-row legend.
