A client of ours wants to export data from Power BI on our online portal. They select Data with current layout and hit the export button.
They receive the Successful export mssage:
However, no excel file gets downloaded onto their PC.
I have tried it myself on both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and it works successfully for me:
Do you know why the user cannot download the file even though they get the "Successful Export" message?

This is usually a browser issue if they have sufficient permissions, try clearing your cache or checking to see if your browser allows the file to be downloaded.
