usage metrics Power bi todas las areas de trabajo
Hola buen día, espero se encuentren bien.. Necesito poder centralizar en un unico reporte las metricas de uso de todos los reportes y de todas las areas de trabajo, hasta ahora entiendo que Power bi tiene un conjunto de datos por cada area de trabajo, pero necesito consolidar todo en uno solo y que se actualice periodicamente. hasta ahora he probado tres opciones 1- Editando el reporte de metricas de uso y retirando filtros, pero no me muestra información de otras areas de trabajo 2- Conectandome al servicio de PBI conjunto de datos Metricas de uso, pero de igual manera muestra un conjunto de datos por cada area de trabajo 3- Conectandome por medio de un conector de Miguel escobar pero no me muestra el detalle de las visitas de los conjuntos de datos Alguien ha logrado crear un unico reporte de metricas de uso personalizado con data de diferentes areas de trabajo con exito ? Les agradezo, sería muy util para la administración y control.Calculate UsageTime per Day
Hello, I'm new to Power BI and need your help: I have a table with licenese and now I want to calculate their Utilization per Day. There are 2 licenses(BIE-WV414 and BIE-WV450) with licenseStart time and licenseEnd time, per day there are many licenses started and finsihed. I also have calculated the usagetime (in total). The problem is some of the licenses are used longer than 24 hours or past midnight. (See Screenshot). Now i want to calculate and display the usage time of each license per day. For example for the first line: 1.10 BIE-WV414 aprox. 22h 2.10 BIE-WV414 24h 3.10 BIE-WV414 aprox. 7min Regards, Janiuser centric reporting and report centric reporting - to capture user and report usage details.
Hi Team, I am trying to create 2 separate reports for the following, Who is using the reports? What reports are being used (and how frequently/by whom)? Basically i am looking to create 2 views of the usage data user centric reporting and report centric reporting. The User Centric Reporting is focused on PowerBI licence holders while the Report centric reporting for PowerBI is to show details regarding what reports are being used and how frequently and by whom?
