Thanks & Regards, SuganthyFilter inheritage for tooltip
Hello guys, it's me one more time. Today i got a problem and i'd like to ask you for help. Happens that i've made a table with the status of stages in my project [1 to 5] and made another column to count how much projects are in this status within that stage. This value is calculated by a measure that filters the status and the stage. I've made a tooltip with my projects name in a way that i could hover my mouse above the status number and have the name of that project with that status in that stage. In this case i have 1 delayed project [red light] in the stage Buying. So the tooltip is made but when i hover my mouse it gives me the list of all projects within that status number in all stages, there's some kind of way to maintain my stage filter in the tooltip. PS: The only way i filter the stage is by the measure below. 1 Cont Buying = VAR _A = CALCULATE( COUNTROWS( 'Table1' ), FILTER( 'Table 1', YEAR('Table1'[Date Conc]) <= 2022 && 'Table'[Stage] = "Buying" ) ) RETURN IF( ISBLANK( _A ), 0, _A )how to use drill down data role column in another data role column field to pass the data no expand!
Hi Team, Currently, I'm developing one of the custom visual bar chart, which is using with drill down feature named Parent Data role, passing - parent level hierarchical columns. The drill down setup successfully and, it's functionality is working fine. Now, I am creating another data role called Tooltip (Sample) using few or all table data column passing on it. If I use the hierarchical data column on tooltip, its automatically goes to "Expand to next level" that is full parent data role columns shows. So I couldn't use on either on drill down or tooltip not working right. I want to made on both Drill down and tooltip to be work. I checked in one of the visual tool in powerbi ( Treemap ). The two data roles ( Group & Tooltip ) mapped separately and working excellent. So I’m try to build like this, So want necessary thing to add, kindly tell me want to do ! Thanks, Ammy Vijay
Turn on and off Tooltip based on certain criteria
I am displaying tooltip based on certain criteria in a matrix. If a person hovers the mouse on a particular code then some detail is displayed. Not all codes have details. I want to make the tooltip visible only to the codes where there are some details exists. Example: Code 2546 has some detail "Details about 2546" so when a person hovers the mouse on that record, a tooltip is displayed Code 2547 has no detail. The mouse hover shows nothing. Any solution or any alternate solution.
