Timeline Slicer Usability
The Timeline Slicer custom visual works quite well. However it is currently pretty much unusable due to its massive space requirements. At the moment one third of the vertical space on my report is taken up with the Timeline Slicer. I don't know if anyone from the MS custom visuals team is here, but you need to run it past a usability expert. I am unable to leave a review in the store, so here is my feedback. The problems are: The whitespace around the time periods means too much vertical space is used. Stacking the time periods on top of each other is again very wasteful. A more intelligent layout is required, maybe putting month, quarter and year on the same line for example. You are unable to reduce the font size below 8pt, which would be useful for certain elements. The vertical and horizontal space taken up by the coloured timeline is too much. It should be possible to configure the lowest level of the time heirarchy, ie to prevent drilling down to days. It should be possible to configure the fiscal calendar to start on a shifting event, for example the second Monday in April. It should be possible to toggle between regular and fiscal calendar whilst using the Timeline Slicer.

Calculate between two variable dates but with fixed time
Hi, I want to calculate a value, this value depends on a variable date (Slicer-List), but I want to calculate the value between 6 AM the day before and 6 AM the day I selected. And this measure. I will put this values in clustered column chart. Thanks!! Xavi

timeline slicer not filtering on report server sep 2019 release
Hello, We are using the marketplace timeline slicer 2.1.1 on reports. It works fine on PowerBI desktop but when deployed on report server it won't filter. We are using Sept 2019 PBIRS release. Any known issue? Any workaround?

Issue with Timeline slicer week selection - for Fiscal Year implementation
I have the timeline slicer implemented with below settings. a) trying to show Fiscal Year (July to Jun) b) Sunday being the first day of the week I needed to show Fiscal years on the slicer and not calendar year (supposed I select Aug 2015, needs to show as Aug FY16). Hence, I added another column using the below DAX and used that for Timeline slicer which would be the exact date after one year. (also as stated here) TimeLine Slicer Date = DATE ( YEAR ( DateCalendar[Date] )+1, MONTH ( DateCalendar[Date] ), DAY ( DateCalendar[Date] )) This works fine at the Yearly/monthly level but unfortunately, not at weekly level. When I select a particular week say W28 of FY16, the days are not being selected correctly : In some cases it selects “Sun to Sat” in some cases “Sat to Fri” (based on the year). Could you please advise how I can show fiscal dates on the slicer and make it work correctly at all the levels for all FYs. (Attaching the pbix file for reference) Thank You, Harish
