Power BI Desktop figures not equal in published in Workspace
I am working on a visual in Power BI desktop (value 3 with 1.41M). However, when I published it in the workspace (no saved bookmarks and no applied filters), the figures are different (value 3 with 1.37M). Values are normalization saved in Sharepoint while the count came from a direct query table from Snowflake. Any idea what happened here? Also when I tried import connection, the table looks the same between desktop and service.
Issue creating a snowflake data source using gateway
Im trying to create a new datasource usign Snowflake type into a gateway, When I run the model Im getting the next error 'ODBC ERROR 22000 Cannnot perform SELECT. This session does not have a current database Call USE DATABASE or use a qualified name' In the settings I didnt see database option to type it I see just 'Server' & Warehouse. So could someone help me with your inputs on thisHelp with Power BI scheduled refresh failure - Snowflake connecttion
We've configured a Gateway with our Azure private link that connects to Snowflake. This is not on-premise. The Gateway directly connects to Snowflake via the private link. We are getting intermittent errors. That is, sometimes the data refreshes and other times we get an error. Can someone help us figure out what causes this error. I am not able to Upload a PBIRS report with Direct Query to Snowflake. This is vital as we want to utilize the speed of the DWH to access large datasets. I am using a Aug 2018 version of PBI Desktop. I tested this by creating two reports with access to the same table in two different environments - one is SQL Server and one in Snowflake. Both with Direct Query. I was able to upload and access the SQL Server Report but the SF one gave me an error
