Sharing a report to many users without them knowing who else has access to the report
Our use case is that we want to share a report to 3500 users and we can't allow the users to see who else has access to the report. Can this be done? If so, how?

What happens to published Power BI reports (in shared spaces) once the user is deleted?
Hi! I am going to leave the company that owns the shared space and they are going to delete my user. Will the reports I posted on the company's shared space remain?

I need help sharing a Report that use Direct Query
I've built a report that is using direct queries from 2 different databases. I am needed to share the report with others in my organization, but I am having issues doing that. I created an on-premise gateway that does allow others to view the report, but this only work when I am logged in to my organization VPN and my computer is online. Whenever my computer goes offline or I get disconnected from my organization VPN, others can no longer access the report. Can someone please help?

Filtering reports by URL with special characters
Hey everyone, I am trying to filter a report using some parameters in the URL. My table and column have some special characters and I am following the guide here for those: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-url-filters#special-characters-in-url-filters However, it doesn't seem to be accepting the unicodes I am placing, so I was wondering if someone could tell me what I am doing wrong??? I am going crazy haha. Here is what I've got without unicodes ?filter=[NEW] Topics/Level 2 ID eq 1219 --> table name is: [NEW] Topics & column name is: Level 2 ID & I want to filter by: 1219 Following the guide from Microsoft I've translated this into the following, but it doesn't work.... 😞 ?filter=x005B_NEW_x005D_x00x20_Topics/Level_x00x20_2_x00x20_ID eq 1219 Do I have too many special characters?

Share content with Premium per user license
Hello, In my organization we are testing license Premium per user and we want to be sure about the sharing capabilities of it. If I have a Premium per user license and I create reports and dataflows in a Premium Workspace, to who can I share the reports generated there? I only want to share the view, the other users do not need to edit the report. As far as I checked, I can only do this with other Premium per user license users. Is there any other possiblity? Thank you!

share report to non-pro users
Hi, when I shared my report to non - pro users in my organasation, it shows Only users with Power BI Pro will have access to this report. when they open the report, it pops up message said upgarde to Pro version .. is there any way to share to them or is there any way to allow them extracting the daily refreshed report data ? Thanks
