server is not reachable
4 TopicsSave as via HTTPS: Server is not reachable
Hi all, in our organisation we have private cloud where we are hosting 2 Report Servers: RnD and Production. RnD is reachable via HTTP and Production is reachable via HTTPS. Each server has its own private network. For production server we have certificate installed and Kerberos is working. All users can access both server. PBIX reports work fine on the server Using "Upload" button from portal we can deploy PBIX files from our machines on both servers but only on HTTP (RnD server) we can use "Save As" option in Power BI Desktop (Version: 2.51.4885.1423 64-bit (October 2017)) to deploy reports. When we specify url for PRODUCTION server (HTTPS) we have "Server is not reachable" message. Does HTTPS Save As option works on specific PORT that we need to open in firewall on our private network? Or it is something else? Thanks in advance. Dejan2.8KViews0likes4CommentsPowerBi Server prompt login and password
Hi Team I have a big problem. On new computer I installed PowerBi server + SQL Express 2019, I configured SSRS and right now when I tried to connect to webpage report server needs from me login and password. I checked a few sollutions (from this forum) and unfortunatelly nothing happends. I tried to change in RSReportServer.config XML structure in Authentication section. I tried to create new DB for report server but still nothing. In logs I don't see same problems. Only I has informtion about Catalog max connection pool size: 100 (I tried to changed to 500 and 1000 and nothing). I will be grateful for any helpSolved4.3KViews0likes2CommentsPowerBI no longer connected to SQL Server
Hi, I have PBI and a SQL Server 17 developer connection. I have been doing imports from my database with no issues, then do to a power surge, my laptop connected to the server went down. When I reconnected i was unable to do any connectivity with my SQL Server tables, and the issue is that it seems that certificates became corrupted. Haven't talke Question, is a reinstall the easier way to go since all my DB's are back up ? Or is there a way to resolve it? Both the Server and PowerBI are on the same machine. Thank you.Solved1.1KViews0likes2Comments
