Clear a Search text box in a slicer field
Hi , The search text entered in the slicer won't clear even after hitting eraser OR using book mark to clear default selection . We're seeing this issue on both on Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Server ( not sure about Power BI Service, because we're using On premise PBI Report server ). Could you please let us know the solution to fix this issue . If this is expected behavior, kindly fix this in upcoming versions . Thanks in advance !
Parameter Search not working in Power BI Online
Hello, I am trying to understand the search box that shows within the published Paginated Report on Power BI Online. On inital load, the search function works as expected. However, once the report is ran, when using the search function again it won't update the report and it will keep the previously selected parameter instead of using what is within the search. What can be done to make it so the user doesn't have the refresh the report everytime in order to search for a particular parameter. Thanks!
Text Filter visual not working in Report Server? Alternative?
Can anyone confirm if the Text Filter visual (Version: 1.2.1) is supported on Report Server? Works great on Desktop but does not appear when publishing to Report Server. If the answer is no, any suggestion on how to implement a basic text search on report server? I know I can turn on search in a slicer, but dont want to show search results as a drop down in the slicer (search results are shown in a separate table visual) Thanks
