Hello Microsoft Support & community, After the installation of power bi report server (may 2023 version) the users are getting the error message "An error has occured. Try again later" on scheduling creation or modification on Power BI Report Server portal. (users have content manager profile on the directory where the reports are saved; they have also “system user” on security site parameters level) The error in the log RSPortal_2024_01_25… ==> 2024-01-25 11:10:45.7026|ERROR|19|OData exception occurred: System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized. at Microsoft.SqlServer.ReportingServices2010.RSConnection2010.SetConnectionProtocol() at Microsoft.SqlServer.ReportingServices2010.RSConnection2010.SoapMethodWrapper`1.ExecuteMethod(Boolean setConnectionProtocol) at Microsoft.SqlServer.ReportingServices2010.RSConnection2010.SetCacheRefreshPlanProperties(String cachRefreshPlanId, String description[] parameters) at Microsoft.ReportServices.Portal.Services.SoapProxy.SoapRS2010Proxy.<>c__DisplayClass1_0.<ExecuteWithCorrespondingAuthMechanism>b__0()..... When adding a user to the local admin group on the server (BUILTIN\Administrators) creating or modifiying scheduling works as expected. But the point is, we don't want to make every report developer/author server admin.) Thank you for your help.
