Report Server does not complete Data Refresh
Hi all, I have the following issue several days ago. When I publish a new report or re-configure the Screduled Refresh for old reports, the Status of Scheduler stucks in "Updating" Status. But the old reports that run and were scheduled 1 month before (without touching them) are working properly (they finish the scheduler correctly). I have dashboard with CouchBase (CB) Datasource (connection CData Couchbase). The dashboard that i use will refresh automatically using the scheduler I created 8 times a day (per three hours). But in a day, on average, the scheduler only runs 4 times, the rest fail. this is quite annoying dashboard users and the problem is always repeated. have a solution regarding this? Thanks.
