SSO via SAML for DirectQuery with SAP Hana NOT WORKING
Hello! Is there anyone else experiencing issues with SSO via SAML for DirectQuery? We use SAP Hana and we have been out of service for 200 users now for 6 full days. We have not had much luck getting the attention of Microsoft Support. We are receiving the SAML assertion certificate error but we have ran through the steps in documentation probably 10 times with no changes. We have also been running Power BI with this method for going on 3.5 years so we are unsure what could have happened at this point. LK EDIT: We finally got a call with the product team on Friday. Turns out the thumbprint from the certificate that is out in the gateway config file is case sensitive. We actually followed the steps in documentation to a T by copying the thumbprint from the powershell script but this is technically wrong.

Power BI Report Server - SAP HANA Database - Direct Query
Hello, we are using a SAP HANA Database in Power BI Report Server (Vesion January 2020). After we published our report to the Power BI Report Server and try to open the report, we receive the following error message: We receive that error message only if we use the SAP HANA as a multi-dimensional source. If we change the mode into a relational source, the error message doesn´t appear and we are able to open the report without any error. Do you have any idea why it isn´t possible to open the report as multi-dimensional source? Thanks in advance. Kind regards NiHi
