Hello, I created a report that uses Python script to add new column on my existing dataset. import pandas as pd dataset["TEST"] = 1 When i refresh data in Desktop, everything is ok, but when i upload report on my Reporting Server and set scheduled refresh it didn't worsk, i got this error: The import Python.Execute matches no exports. Did you miss a module reference?. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface And status of my schedule: Data source error: Login failed for data source ‘Unknown’. I have installed Python on my server, when I refresh report in Desktop on my server it works fine. That happens with any simple Python script. Can someone help me with that issue?Solved13KViews0likes4CommentsScheduling data refresh for python script data source
Hello Guyz, I created this report with a python script which extracts data from a mongodb using an aggregation query, I have successfully pulished the report to the PowerBI premise server which is what we cureently have. But I noticed the report is not refreshing when I view it, as the last refresh datetime is not changing. I read from some articles out there that data refresh only happens when you view the report, which I did and but last refesh time is not changing. I will greatly appreciate your contribution on how to get this report to refresh. Thank you.Solved3.9KViews0likes3CommentsPython Visual Support in Power Bi Report Server

Hi. We have a server with possibly hundreds of user created reports the need to have their connectionstrings updated. I've tried to get this to work using the API and a python script but without luck. Link to swaggerhub´s patch method. https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis/microsoft-rs/PBIRS/2.0#/PowerBIReports/UpdatePowerBIReportDataSource The 'get' method works fine but the 'patch' returns 400 Bad request. Hi all, I have a Python script as my data source that that goes something like that: user_date = input() query = "select ... from... where date = '{}'".format(user_date) df = pd.read_sql(query, conn) print(df)" I want the user to enter the data on the Pwer Bi reporting server (or preferably choose from a drop down menu that has the last 30 days' dates) and then this date would be passed to the python script somehow so it'd run and query the correct data.
