Power BI can redundant a PPM (Project Server 2019) solution?
Hi, I'm consulting to an organization which decided to "go Agile all the way" and manage all the project in Azure DevOps (while today only dev projects are managed there, and others are managed in MS Project Professional). They also need a Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) solution to have "Ideation Management" (=Demand Management), Resource Management, Portfolio Dashboards (including interfaces to other organizational systems such as the budget and ERP). My question is - Can they use Power BI only to have the portfolio dashboards, portfolio resource management control - all of that without buying Project Server-PPM solution? saying that all the project will be managed in Azure DevOps... or the PPM is a must? and why? In other words- what will be the added values of a PPM layer between the Power BI and the Azure DevOps? will appreciate your help thanks in advance, Shay
