PowerPivot in PowerBI Report Sever - Which SQL version meets?
Hi Masters, We planned to migrate our excel reports to PBIRS, configured SSAS and SSAS in PowerPivot model with SQL2012 +SP4. Most excels connectted to SSAS works, but excel with PowerPivot not. We got error message as below: We cannot locate a server to load the workbook Data Model. We have checked ULS log, the OOS communidate to SSAS powerpivot model seems OK: Checking Server Configuration (SERVERNAME\POWERPIVOT) ... --> Check Administrator Access (SERVERNAME\POWERPIVOT): Pass. --> Check Server Version (SERVERNAME\POWERPIVOT): Pass (11.0.7001.0 >= 11.0.2800.0). --> Check Deployment Mode (SERVERNAME\POWERPIVOT): Pass. Check Server Configuration (SERVERNAME\POWERPIVOT): Pass. Can PBIRS + PowerPivot work under SQL2012+SP4? or need higher SQL version?
