How do i determine my powerbi sever? Trying to use mobile app and asks for server info and cannot locate on desktop: tried (https://ops-powerbi.eh.pweh.com) to no avail.

How to optimize PowerBI Report with Oracle data source that refreshes over 5 hours
Hi Community members, Here is the situation: Our PowerBI report use Oracle data source to import several tables, the data size is roughly millions. When release the report, it always shows overtime and fails. If maintaining current data size, is there any optimizing solution? (Server / PowerBi Operation / Data Source) Or does PowerBI itself has some limits in dealing with large data voulme?

PowerBI Service not loading reports
Is anyone else having issues with their power bi service not loading? We can open an app but a report isn't loading. We are stuck with the screen which says "Loading Report". It isn't loading any reports in workspaces either.

Hi everyone, i would like to know if Powerbi server (on premises) supports the features of allowing users to see the past versions of the dashboards that have been published on the server. Is there a software or extension that we can incorporate with the PowerBI Server? Eg. like google docs, we can view the changes of the owner has edited. Kindly advise, thank you.

Migrating all PowerBI content from one server to another
Hi guys, I have 2 PowerBI report Servers; one runs on March 2018 (Server A) version and the Other runs on May 2019 (Server B) version, and I want to move all the contents from Server A to Server B. There is a lot of reports in the first Server (over 500 reports) and most of the reports are linked to each other; and I dont want to do this process manually as it will be time consuming. Can restoring the ReportServerPBI database of Server A to Server B do the tricks for me. Please advise, thanks

Unable to publish to certain workspace after connecting to a live PowerBI data set
Hey everyone! I am in the process of consolidating our data sets so that similar reports will only connect to one data set (the reports I inherited have one data set for each report). However, when I connect an existing report to the new PowerBI Data set and try to publish it, I could not see some existing workspaces that I would otherwise see when I am publishing a report with the local query built into it. I tried to upload the file on the PBI Services but got an error, too. The only workaround I have seen thus far is to create a new workspace and transfer all of my content there. Help! 🙂
