How can i connect Power BI to an hosted MySQL databse server
I am trying to connect Ppower BI to my hosted MySQL database server, this is hosted on LWS (cpanel), i put the server address, the username, the password and the port number(3306), but i am getting the error attached. Is there someone to help me how can i resolve it. Thanks a lot for your support
Power BI Desktop: Case sensitive Datasources are not shown in PBRS after deployment
Hi, if you define the same datasource in PBI Desktop but written in 2 different ways e.g. DS1 and Ds1, only one of them is shown in Power BI Report Server after the deployment. Every scheduled refresh fails, since the username/password or the source of the datasource cannot be changed for both datasources. The workaround is to use only one datasource that is identically written. It would be nice, if the issue would be fixed in the upcomming release(s) Thanks Bobi
