ORA-12704 character set mismatch after Oct 2020 release
Running desktop version: 2.86.1321.0 64-bit (October 2020) Was perfectly fine in the May 2020 version. This is affecting reports with data from Oracle that has "Merged Columns" (Table.CombineColumns) It looks like only erroring on columns of type Text from Oracle Help please?
Issue: "Parallel loading of tables" not working after upgrade PBIRS to October 2020(2nd)
Hello, after upgrade Power BI Report Server to version October 2020 (2nd release), when function "Parallel loading of tables" (under options>data load) is turned off, this behaviour is not working. In case when this function is turned off, PBIRS during refresh is still loading parallely. This problem is only on server (PBIRS) side (in Desktop Oct2020 it works well), and is independent on Enhanced Metadata format setting. It is critical issue for me, because in this case is not maintaned order of loading of datasets (which can be important). And bigger problem, in cases of many datasouces are loaded parallely, it's makes huge load on source databases, which can lead to crash primary systems. At this time I do not know any workaround to solve this issue.[BUG?] - “The credentials provided for the File source are invalid” Error when scheduled refreshing
Hello Petebro After updated to the latest version of Oct 2020 PBRS, new error [0] -1055784932: The credentials provided for the File source are invalid Very strange thing when I tested manually When I changed the scheduled plan, the result could be different The succcess refreshing not always be the first running The problem happened Excel source mostly.
