Migrating SSRS Reports with Shared datasets to Power BI services
Hi Everyone, Good day! Hope everyone is doing well. We have SSRS report services where reports are published in SQL Server Reporting Services. Our plan is to migrate the SSRS from Report Services to Power BI Services. However, some reports don't use shared data. I have downloaded a report, opened it in Power BI Report Builder, and published the report to Power BI Services, and it is working fine. However, we have many SSRS reports that use shared datasets available in the SQL Server Report Services. These reports have folder datasets and use the shared dataset. When I download these reports and open them in Power BI Report Builder, they do not connect to the server and shared datasets. I also tried deploying them in Power BI Services, but it shows an error stating that the report contains unsupported shared data sources. Can anyone please help me understand how to deploy SSRS reports with shared datasets to Power BI Services? Is there any possibility to deploy the shared dataset to Power BI Services?
