Blocked from Fabric Trial for Data Days 100% Voucher Challenge
Hi team, I am trying to complete my 3 modules for the Fabric Data Days 100% voucher challenge. However, my learning tenant is a brand-new account, and Microsoft's security rules are blocking the Fabric trial option, only offering Power BI Pro. Can I get access to a temporary community learning sandbox or an alternative way to complete my practical modules?

Plan Preview Feature in Fabric enabled to only a subset of users?
In my customer’s tenant, I’m able to create Plans using the new preview feature, but it seems other users can’t. We have identical security configurations and are members of the same security groups. Are preview features rolled out individually? Even the tenant admin (which I’m not) can’t create a Plan. The error message is shown below.

Best Practice for Building and Sharing Semantic Models in Microsoft Fabric
Hi everyone, I’m looking for guidance on best practices for designing my architecture in Microsoft Fabric. My main goal is to create a semantic model using Fabric Warehouse data, build reports on top of it, and also share the semantic model with other developers so they can create their own reports. I’m a bit uncertain about what connection mode I should be using — Import, DirectQuery, DirectLake, Hybrid Tables, or Dual mode — to achieve the best balance of performance, flexibility, and maintainability. Here’s what I’ve done so far: I created a semantic model using the Warehouse SQL endpoint, combining DirectQuery + Import + Dual tables, and built relationships on top of it. Then, I created another semantic model based on the first one, where I defined measures, calculated columns, and calculated tables, and used it to build my reports. Both the Warehouse and semantic models are hosted in the same Fabric workspace. I have also published both semantic models and reports to a Power BI Pro workspace. Now I’d like to confirm if this approach aligns with best practices, or if I should redesign the setup from scratch. Could someone please advise: Which connection mode (Import, DirectQuery, DirectLake, Hybrid, or Dual) is most suitable for my scenario? Is my current two-layer semantic model setup advisable, or should I simplify it? What’s the recommended architecture for sharing a semantic model with multiple report developers in Fabric? Any insights, best practices, or examples would be greatly appreciated!

Microsoft Fabric limitations
I am working on Microsoft Fabric but noted few limitations. I just want to confirm do we have any workarounds any soon updaes from Microsoft on these problems - 1. Connection information like server, database name,credentials (e.g. with on prim SQL server) can't be dynamic. Currently only Lakehouse,Datawarehouse and KSQL is supporting dynamic connections. 2.Keyvault is not integrated with connections like how we can use it in Linkedservices in ADF. Either we have to give Basic or Windows authentication 3.Event trigger which is in preview is supporting only ADLS gen 2 not even Onelake folders 4.Notebooks can't be nested in folders. Like create one parent folder and added related notebooks within it like Databricks. Please can we confirm these limitations and if any idea about workaround or updates from Microsoft side.

Setting up Microsoft Fabric - IT infrastructure
Hi all, Our organization wants us to setup Microsoft Fabric. We use Microsoft Azure, purchased F64 , and created a Microsoft Fabric capacity in Microsoft Azure. When we try to procceed to view the Microsoft Fabric admin portal. The page shows we have a free license and shows we are in trial. We don't want the Microsoft Fabric to be in trial. Do you guys understand why it shows Free trial if we already purchased F64?

I am exploring store procedures in MS Fabric Warehouse and notice some functionality is not available. For example return statement and random function. Has any one use store procedures in MS Fabric for clients. What issues you have faced in moving from SQL Server to Fabric Warehouse specially store procedures.
