host file for changing dynamic connection

Host file change does not reflect until PowerBI report server is restarted
Hi, We are trying to change the IP address of a host name for one of the SQL server instance but it does not reflect until I start the PowerBI report server.I also tried dnsflush but still it does not works. Regards Rajaniesh
