Dear Community, I am writing regarding my exam that was suddenly terminated without any valid reason while I was actively answering the questions. During the exam session, everything was completely normal. While I was focused on solving the questions, a pop-up message suddenly appeared, and my exam was immediately ended. I did not violate any rules, nor did I receive any prior warning. The termination happened unexpectedly and without any explanation or evidence. This situation has been extremely upsetting and unfair. After the incident, I contacted the Pearson OnVUE chat support and communicated with a representative.I explained the situation in detail and requested a reschedule. I was informed that the case had been escalated and that I would be contacted regarding the rescheduling process. However, I have not received any information about how or when I will be contacted. This exam is very important for me professionally, and being removed from the session without justification has made me feel deeply disappointed and disadvantaged. I kindly request a clear explanation of what happened and confirmation of how and when my exam will be rescheduled. Has anyone here experienced a similar situation before? Is there a direct Microsoft support email address I can contact regarding certification exam issues? I would really appreciate any guidance or shared experiences. Thank you in advance.283Views0likes1CommentFabric Community Update - April 2025
