export data to csv
5 TopicsExport Users List
Hello PowerBI community, I hope this message finds you well. I'm currently working on a project and am curious to know if there's a way to export a comprehensive list of all users who have access to a specific dashboard in PowerBI (see below, list from File/Manage Permissions/Direct Access). I've noticed that the "Report Usage Metrics" provides information about users who actively use the dashboard, but I'm specifically looking for a way to export a list of all users with access, including those who may not be frequent users. It's worth mentioning that our dashboards are not organized within apps. Any insights or guidance on achieving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!1.5KViews0likes1Commentexport to csv

Hi, I want export data with semicolon(;) instead of comma (,). My "PBI desktop optimized for report server" and "PBI report server" (sql server enterprise edition, 15.0.1102.299) are ignoring my local language (Czech) list separator when exporting into CSV. When I tried changing language then number format, date format were OK, but list separator stil comma. My source is SSAS tabular model. How can I change delimiter to semicolon for export into CSV? How can I export data into EXCEL (bcs company names etc. with semicolons, commas)? I tried add DeviceInfo in PBIRS rsreportserver.config, but nothing happend.900Views0likes0CommentsDo not have permission to export underlying data
I created a dataset in PowerBI Desktop which consists of 9 queries to a SQL Server using DirectQuery and the 9 queries are connected with each other. I published the dataset to PowerBI Web for others in my organization to create reports using these queries. Currently, some of the reports allow me to export underlying data while others say I do not have permission to export underlying data. I am also the owner of the workspace I am working in and have powerbi admin rights.7.6KViews0likes6Comments
