Dear All, I need your help in gaining ownership of our domain. Three years ago, we were using the domain `@abcdgroup.in`, and during that time, we created a Power BI account which was used for about two years. A few months ago, our company management changed the domain to `@abcd.one`. After the domain change, one of our employees created a new Power BI account using their work email with the new domain. However, after they left the organization, the admin deleted that email. Now, when we try to add the new domain to our old domain account, we encounter an error (as shown in the attached screenshot). We attempted to log in to the deleted email, but since we lost access to that email and its associated contacts, we’ve been unable to recover it. We also tried to recover the email through Zoho, but their response indicates that it's not possible. As a result, we are unable to add the new domain or gain ownership of it.518Views0likes1Commentuser in active directory cannot login

Dear all and support team, I have a case where my PowerBI report server is accessed by unauthorized user. After checking the log files and do some testing, I found that the user have an ADMIN DOMAIN role on domain controller and further checking shows all user with same role (admin domain) have a permission to access all reports whereas I didn't assign the user on user permission/authentication configuration. Is it possible to apply only configuration from PowerBI report server rather than domain controller? or is there any specific configuration/setting that we need to review & adjust? Any support will greatly appreciated, thank you rachmat590Views0likes0Comments
