Buenos dias, Estimados luego de la ultima actualizacion que estuvo Power Bi. no podemo agregar usuario al nuestro oriden de datos o DataSet. este no me permite guardar cuando agrego un nuevo usaurio para que pueda visualizar los reportes. anexo imagen.Scheduled Refresh of Report on Locally Hosted Report Server
I am trying to host a report and get it to update daily with new data. Right now, I have all of the data on the PowerBI service as dataflows or under a dataset. When I use these data sources (which are already updating daily), within my report PBIX file, and I upload it onto the web URL for others to view, I cannot schedule a refresh for that report. It says I don't have any external data connections defines or am using an unsupported data source. I have several API queries making up all of my data. Need to figure out how to get these refreshing all the way through to the report on the host server every night. Is this possible? How do I get this flowing properly?
Can a Report access a secure Dataset in a completely different workspace?
Hi, I am hoping this is the right forum for this question. I am presenting data to clients through Power BI. Due to the way the client wants to use the data they have requested the report is kept in their premium workspace to be able to pin out visual metrics to their various dashboards, however I would like to keep hold of and control of the data sets in our own Sharepoint. Due to the multiple data sources we have and way we create or manipulate the data it is important to me that the client cannot download or analyse the PBIX file at their end, only see the report. Is it possible for the report to be used in this way? Thank you
