data refresh

Refresh -
Currently I have my dataset, and visual on my one drive, I have given access to those files on one drive to my overseas colleage so that he has the ability to update the dataset and refresh the data in Powerbi visual page. When he goes to do the refresh, it fails with an error stating the file cannot be found because it is on my one drive path, even though he has access. How do we both get to access the data and refresh?

Data refresh not showing in report
I have a report with scheduled refresh four times a day. During the day it works fine, but from time to time it won't refresh in the first schedule of a new day. As shown in the image, the data does update (blue circle), but it doesn't reflect on the report (red circle) What could be happening?
