Edit Microsoft S3 shortcuts in Lakehouse
We have been testing Microsoft Fabric and Shortcuts from S3, a feature that allows us to create and manage shortcuts to data sources in Onelake Lakehouse. However, we have encountered some problems with deleting S3 shortcuts and updating shortcuts with new credentials. We have tried to follow the instructions from the official documentation, but we have not been able to resolve these issues. We would like to ask if anyone knows a solution or if this is a limitation in S3 shortcuts to Onelake Lakehouse.
Importing Data to Fabric Lakehouse using DF Gen2 on Tables with _ creates temporary Tables
We use the On-Prem Data Gateway to get Data from an On-Prem SQL Server in a Dataflow Gen 2 top store tables in the Azure Lakehouse. When having Tables containing an "_" in the name (e.g. ABTEILUNG_T) it results in strage table structure on the Lakehouse: Expeted here would be ABTEILUNG_T, AKTIVITAET_T only. As soon as i get rid of the "_" in the dataflow query settings -> Name. It works. Renaming worked for us, but should be fixedFabric Warehouse model layout tabs not saving
I created a Fabric Warehouse. I added a new tab in the Model view and dragged several tables/views into the layout. After adding another view, I get an error that "Unable to sync the warehouse with the default Power BI dataset. Some reports may not be updated. To try to repair this, refresh your browser and open the warehouse again." and the newly created tab disappears. I close the DW and refresh the browser. When I open the DW and go to the Model view, the only tab is "All Tables" When will I be able to create layout tabs in the Model view in Fabric??
