Paginated report drill back from child to parent fail saying invalid params
Background : I have a Parent-child report combo which uses drilll thru functionality from Parent to child by passing few params. Parameter names and required fileds are mentioned appropriately and data types are also in sync. This report was working fine as expected few weeks back. Only change we made to this report was to remove few columns from tablix in parent report. Nothing touched in child report. Issue: Parent to child report drill thru works as expected. But when i try to go back to parent report by clicking inbuilt back functionality in paginated report on server, it fails sporadically giving an error saying "Some parameters do not have valid values. Values provided for Source_V_or_C that are not valid include . Values provided for Provider_Type that are not valid include . Values provided for Region that are not valid include . Values provided for EST that are not valid include . Values provided for Recon that are not valid include ." Defaulted param values to intake null/blank both in report and backend SQL, but still error persists. What/where do i need to check further to resolve this issue ? Is cross report drill through feature available in Power Bi Report Server
Hi there would this power bi cross report drill through feature available in Power Bi Report Server version as well. I could not find a way to do that, however it is working in Power bi Cloud version. Can you please advice. Thanks Syed
