can't diplay the visual

Hi there, I created a report that joins multiple datasets and some sharepoint files. It works fine when shared with other users except for one. The main visual, which is a matrix, does not even take time to load, it turns grey immediately. For other users it usually takes around 1 minute to load. I have confirmed that this user has access to all the datasets and the Sharepoint folder, is there any other reason could lead to this issue? Thanks in advance for the help429Views0likes1CommentThermometer by MAQ Software visual not working on PBI Server
Does anyone know why the Thermometer (MAQ Software) visual does not work (or display) on Power BI Server. I get the detailed message : Can't display this visual. To see this custom visual, add it to this report first: PBI_CV_309E6B47_39A5_4681_808F_132AFB230872 Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details. Thanks for any insight or suggestions for similar visual to try. Scott830Views0likes4CommentsCan't diplay the visual
We recently installed the PBI Report Server in production. However, published pbix reports from PBI Desktop (Optimized for Power BI Report Server - May 2020) will not display any of the visualizations when uploaded to the production PBI Reports Server. The same reports work correctly in PBI Desktop and when upload to the dev report server. The prod and dev RS are setup the same. Any suggestions would be appeached.
