How to provide custom training for Power BI apps?
Hi Guys, I'm trying to make my organization's apps more professional and one thing that keeps coming up is training. I've been researching on Digital Adoption Platforms but they are far to expensive to implement (ex. WalkMe) and was wondering if Microsoft has some built-in ways to train users when they open an app for the first time. I've noticed they have something for when they add new features and was thinking maybe they also have it available for commercial use. This is the sort of prompts we are trying to build in.
publishing multiple dashboards in one workspace to an app
Hi There - I have multiple dashboards in a workspace; I publish -- and all dashboards are in one app. Users look for the dashboards by name & only see the app with the name of one of the dashboards. Should I unselect all but one dashboard then publish the dashboards one at a time? I tried that & the unselected dashboards disappeared from the app location. We're beginning users - so the dashboards get revised frequently. Will the sharing break if I publish the new improved versions of the dashboards? Thanks for any help! My users are getting frustrated when I tell them I've shared then they can't find the dashboard in the app place. Jeff
