Currently, I am on the September 2023 version, and my license is under a Software Assurance (SA) contract for SQL Server Enterprise. I have been updating Power BI Report Server for several years without any issues, but this time, when I start the installer, the "Upgrade" option does not appear in the installation wizard. I have reviewed the available documentation but cannot find a solution. Specifically, I tried to look for the January 2024 version on the Microsoft download platform, but it is not available. I am assuming that it might be necessary to update to an intermediate version before May 2024 for the upgrade option to be enabled.
