I just can't find a way to eliminate a pesky 2nd blank page in Report Builder or Power Flow...... I've gone through the math and it's right: Printable area = Report Height - (Top + Bottom Margin) - Header Height. I have my report body set to just under the printable area with a Tablix Height less than Printable Area / 3. My Tablix ALWAYS has three records, and the report is always one page. But it continues to render the 2nd page. The first page prints perfectly. It looks gorgeous. I've tried to do this in the flow which renders the .rdl and in the .rdl iteself.Solved2.6KViews0likes3CommentsAutomate Dataflow export to .json through Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps
I have been doing some internet searches and just have not seen anything around this, but is it possible to use Power Automate (or Azure Logic Apps which I am more familiar with) to create a job to automate the export of Dataflows to .json? I know how use the Azure Logic App Power BI connector to do many of the tasks through there but have not found a way to export Dataflows to .json. I have found a power shell function [Export-PowerBIDataflow] to do it, but that's local to my computer. I like to have a schedule job that exports them so I it's more scheduled and automated for back purposes. Thanks.Solved11KViews0likes11CommentsPower by and Power Automate
Hello with everyone! I have a problem, when I publish my dashboard to the web the power automate button does not appear, only the edges appear but the inside does not appear and it does not do any function, this in edit allows me to update the database, however in the website does not appear. Another thing to say is that I want to do the same with the power automate button, I want it to download all the dashboards in PDF and it doesn't allow me, it says that I can't perform that action.Solved898Views0likes2CommentsIssue in extracting CSV from Paginated report using Power Automate
While fetching tabular data from paginated report to shared folder in csv format using power automate, it is appending table name infront of all field names. example - if table name is 'tab a' and column names are 'cust name', 'cust address', etc - * Currently CSV output given as - 'tab_a_cust_name', 'tab_a_cust_address', * Expected Column names in CSV output- 'cust name', 'cust address', etc. where is this problem occuring? in paginated report or in power automate workflow? (I believe this has to do with Paginated Report), and how can this be fixed?807Views0likes2CommentsPower App or Desktop
I have an Excel table, and I need to create a Power BI report based on this data. The report will involve filtering and transformations. Additionally, I want to provide users with the ability to add new rows to the transformed table, with these changes automatically reflected in the Power BI report. Furthermore, users should be able to add comments to a specific column, and these comments should also be visible in the Power BI report. Now, I’m wondering about the best approach and sequence for implementing these features. Should I start by creating a dashboard and then integrate a Power App, or is there a better way to solve this?Solved679Views0likes1CommentPower Automate with PBI Server

How can I connect Power Automate to my Power BI Report Server? My goal is to create a flow to export some Paginated Report into PDF. Currently, I don't see my Report Server into my Workspace: So, I guess I need to add it, but I didn't find how I could. I thought I could use Power BI REST API and do some http request in my power automate flow, but I didn't find how I could authenticate myself to make the request: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/reports/export-to-file4.9KViews0likes5CommentsHow to capture a screen shot of a PowerBI (RS) Report and export as file/PDF WITHOUT Power Automate?
The goal is to capture a screen shot of a Power BI Report (Resport Server Version) and then export that screen shot to a pdf/png/email. I am most interested in any suggestions about how, if possible, this flow can be automated WITHOUT Power Automate. The reason for not using Power Automate is that my employer currently does not offer Power BI Service, only Report Server. Thanks. Obi6.2KViews0likes1Comment
