Hello We are using power bi report server, together with another tool "matomo", for analysing logs generated by power bi report server. Is there a way to change the format of the logs to a specific format (e.g. like for apache logs), so as for better analysis with matomo? Hello everyone, I'm having difficulty obtaining information about who accessed the Report Server reports and the data that these accesses occur. I went to the directory where my powerBI is installed F:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles and there I found files mdmp, asmanagedroot.txt, reportingservice.txt, rshostingservice.txt, rsoffice.txt, rsportal. txt,rspowerbi.txt. And I wanted help on how to get the access log. Thank you for your attention.Solved1.7KViews0likes2CommentsDisplaying Power BI Report Server Refresh Errors in a Dashboard
Hello Power BI Community, I am trying to build a dashboard or report that provides insights into refresh failures occurring in our Power BI Report Server. The goal is to have a real-time or near-real-time visual representation of errors that provides details about which report failed, why it failed, and when it failed. I am looking for a integrated or automated approach to extract and display this data in a user-friendly format. Has anyone in the community tackled this challenge before? If so: What methodologies or best practices did you adopt? Are there any tools or third-party integrations that might simplify this task? Any pitfalls or security concerns I should be aware of while accessing and displaying system logs in a report? Thank you for your assistance and insights!Solved1.4KViews1like1Comment
