Re: Dashboard Email Subscriptions not sending to Guest Users
Hi, raji_n , sorry for the late response. No, the capacity tier has not changed for none of the workspaces. Previous subscriptions still work, even though the e-mails have no PowerBI license associated with them. I guess there has been a change of policies and it just kept working for the older ones. I might have to stick to the idea of sending the e-mails to a licensed e-mail and then forwarding them. Thanks!1.2KViews0likes0CommentsDashboard Email Subscriptions not sending to Guest Users
Hi, I've just encountered a problem while trying to set up a new subscription to a dashboard. I have a few Guest Users in my organisation who receive subscriptions, even though they do not have a PowerBi License, they're only getting previews of the report, no acces, no nothing. The old subscriptions still work, but it won't let me create a new one or modify the ones that work by adding a new (unlicensed) e-mail address. It used to work just fine, as I created a new subscription to non-organisational / non-licensed users just a week ago. The old subscriptions still work, but when I try creating a new one, this is the error I get: "Free users or groups can only subscribe to dashboard backed by Premium capacity." Thanks!Solved1.4KViews0likes3CommentsRe: former email subscriptions now gets the error EmailSubscriptionExternalUsersNotAllowed
