Reset to default view greyed out after deleting a bookmark
Hi there Some of our customers experience the following odd behaviour in Power BI: 1. Use a slicer on a report page and save this view as a Bookmark --> all good 2. Reset the view to default (with the top right arrow pointing left with green background) --> all good 3. Activate the Bookmark once more. The reset view to default button appears as usual. Stay on this bookmark view. --> all good 4. Delete the Bookmark. --> all good 5. Reset view to default button is greyed out. --> not ok 6. Refreshing the page will create an error "The bookmark isn't available". --> not ok Some users are experiencing other outcomes for points 5 and 6. Their outcome is: 5. Reset view to default button is greyed out. The user can still click it and it will reset to default as expected. --> strange, because user would not normally click on a greyed out button. 6. no error showing up --> ok Do you know what triggers this behaviour? Why do some users experience this behaviour and others not? Thanks for your support.
