Re: Dynamic Measure based on slicer selection
Thanks for your response. The thing is that if I just add an index column, the number associated with each comment is not going to change dynamically. I want the numbers shown in my table visual to always be 1,2,3,4 etc no matter what comments have been selected in the slicer.1.2KViews0likes1CommentDynamic Measure based on slicer selection
Hi everyone, I have a table which has a column, let's say called "Comments". I have created a slicer that lists all the comments and the user can select only the comments that they want. Based on the selection, the selected comments are shown in a Table. What I want to do is to show another column in the Table that will include 1,2,3 etc. For example, if the user selects to show 4 comments I want to show 1 on the left of the 1st comment, 2 on left of the 2nd comment and so on. Any ideas? ThanksSolved1.2KViews0likes9CommentsUse an .mht file in Power Bi
Hi all! If someone could help with the situation described below, that would be great. I have a scheduled report which is sent to my email but it is in .mht format. If I select to open it with Excel, it opens properly, data are structured properly etc. Also, I am creating a Power Automate flow that takes this attachment when it arrives to my email and saves it on SharePoint. This file needs to be used in Power Bi as a datasource, but I cannot do that due to the .mht format. Is there a way that I can automatically convert the .mht file to an acceptable format (csv, xlsx etc), so that it can be used in Power Bi? Thanks a lot.894Views0likes2CommentsNavigation options in dashboard (not report)
Hi everybody! I have created a live dashboard where I have pinned various elements from various reports. My question is, is there a way for the user to quickly navigate to the part of the dashboard that they want? At the moment the only option I can see is by scrolling down until they find what they want. For the reports there are various options for navigation, what about in live dashboards? Thanks in advance!Solved370Views1like1CommentRe: Embedded Power Bi visuals in Power Point - Automatic refresh?
thanks a lot for the response. Yes, I noticed that I have to close the Power Point file and when I re-open it the updated data are there (following manual refresh and publishing the report). What I had not realised was that after the refresh I had to close the power point file and open it again.5.8KViews1like0CommentsPower Query - Case insensitive with column names
Hello! Is there a way to make Power Query case insensitive with column names? I don't wat to change the column names to lower case or anything that. I need an overall solution that will just ignore case sensitivity. Any ideas? Thank you very much!1.9KViews1like3Comments
