Same line colour based on higher level
Hi. I hope I am able to describe what I need correctly (I'm very new to Power BI and table relationships). I have a line graph (X-axis is log scale and inverted) with 'Grainsize' on the X-axis and '% Finer Than' on the Y-axis. The lines are separated based on an ID. There can be multiple ID's within the 'StratumDetails'. Currently, the colours of the lines change for each ID. However, I'd like to have the colours be the same for each StratumDetails. Is this possible? Please see pictures and hopefully it all makes sense. In the first picture, there are 5 lines (all under Zone 3 Tailings) and they are all different colours. In the second picture, there are 3 lines (all under Mixed Zone) and they are all separate colours. What I'd like to have is all of the Zone 3 Tailings lines be one colour, and all of the Mixed Zone lines be a separate (but same as each other) colour. Same for all other 'StratumDetails'. Both fields are dynamic so I can't just manually edit the colours to match. Thanks in advance.Default slicer to a date (without filtering slicer)
Hi. I want the min date in the slicer to default to the two previous Saturdays (ie. if it's a Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday etc., it defaults to the second past Saturday). However, I still want the ability for the user to be able to select all dates if required, so I don't want to filter the slicer itself using relative dates. In the attached picture, I've circled the date I want to default. For example (today is Tuesday, Aug 1st), I want the default date to be July 22nd. It would stay that default date until EOD Saturday (Aug 5th), then on Sunday (Aug 6th), it would default to July 29th. Thanks in advance for the help.
