Gender Pay Gap Visuals
Hi to all the lovely people in my screen! I am looking for some help with a measure (I think!) please. I am currently trying to present some visuals on the Gender Pay Gap, I have a really basic data set to work with example headers below. From this I want to create a visual that shows the Median percentage difference between the male female hourly rate and visualise it into the 4 quartiles. I will also want to recreate this to show the mode. I also need to show the Median percentage difference between the male and femal bonus pay, I will also want to recreate this to show the mode. Example of result below (this would be the overall, then I want to show per quartile)
