Creating a custom Leader Board with different team sizes
Hi Everyone, I have to create a leadboard accross campaigns which comprises of 11 Teams. All the teams are of different size, ranging from 3 to 11 members in a team. The number varies over time as some one could be sick/on leave etc. For the purpose of scoring I have one point each awarded to each person based on their breaks, productivity, occupancy and call quality. I need help in comparing one team of 11 to a team of 3, this will be applied accross all the campaigns. Thanks for your help in advance.Azure Map Visual in Ireland
Hi Everyone, I started using Azure Map for mapping out sales in Ireland by name of the County and eveything works fine expect for Dublin. Dublin sales don't come up for some reason, I have tried to use eircode which has no effect on it but a change in county name (E.g. Limerick) work fine. Hi All, I have a workaround, if you face this issue please refer to below screen shots: First, click on the date field : Immediately after that right click on the date field, you’ll see a cursor blinking then only use keyboard arrow keys to delete the current date and enter the desired date. (Don’t use the mouse to go over the date because that will not work)Re: New Calendar Pop Up Window bug

Hi Everyone, I am facing the same issue. After last months update for some reason the date filter is acting a bit odd. The date slicer won't let me choose the pevious day and everything is greyed out, this wasn't the case before. This happens both in the desktop version and when the report is published online. It won't even allow to change the date manually. It is really tough to get the date in. This is increasing the time to get stats from the reports. Please see below an example below: I had to manually enter the date in the second field and then in the first field everything is weired out.
