Power Bi insterface to connect to oracle is utterly confusing. Put below command in server box: (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=PGR-PC)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=XE))) Then you will be prompted to your user name and password of your schema
