Thanks, ibarrau for the Hint. but some times it is refreshing successfully and other times not. this is also meaning that I have performance issues in my model? I'm facing this issue for 1 week, most of the time the refreshing process failed and takes along time the CSV files size is not more than 60 MB and my connectivity speed is very good and I'm using personal gateway \what is my problem please ? any one can help Before the data import for finished, its data source timed out.
