Data is in SQL View but not in Power BI
Hello, I am working on an issue in my dataset. Our numbers were incorrect, because of a filter that was present in the view design. Usually, after making a change in a view, the change is reflected almost instantly in Power Query and Power BI. However this time, there is no data coming through for the rows that had been filtered. I have been through every measure and I cannot find the solution. It has been refreshed and syncing for days. The total of the column TOT_MISC will not populate in PowerBi without the filter that was present in the view. The real total should be $9333.90, and it is showing up as $7986,33. I was able to verify in sql that the difference between the two numbers is equal to the amount filtered out by the View filter. I have saved the view as well. I cannot figure out how to add the report files in this post, but if somebody is willing to take a look I will happily send them to you!2.4KViews0likes7CommentsEmail Subscription Photo Cut off
I have multiple reports that go out each morning, and the executives love the image, and often only look at it. This morning, the report looked fine on my computer. Here is what it looked like in the Subscription email : I figured that it happened because I have zoomed my browser. I then ran 11 test emails on various zoom percentages of my browser, and each test email was correct: I am at a loss for why this would happen, because this issue has never occured before and I cannot find anything about it in the community. Any help is greatly appreciated!533Views0likes1CommentValues in Rotating tiles disappearing
The reports that I inherited contained values in a rotating tile modeled after the KPI visual on Power BI. The rotating tile is the 'Rotating Tile' by MAQ Software. It has been in use for some time with no issues. Over the weekend, the titles and some of the numbers stopped appearing in the tiles. When you click edit on the web, or are working in the desktop, they are all displayed, and look like this. Only the Production and the Ecomm are the rotating tiles, the rest are KPI from Power BI. : Once the report is no longer in edit mode, there is a brief flash of the titles and the information. After that, it is just blank until back in edit mode. Does anybody know what possibly could have happened? There was an update to the software on 3.2.2021. I updated the rotating tile and nothing happened.587Views0likes1Comment
