Hello everyone, Im having problems with expot to PDF. On power bi shows like the image below, but when I export to PDF it´s shows like the second image the banner seems to move below. I dont know how to fix this issue I tried for severals days and the results were the same. I will appreciate any sugestion from you ir there are any.... How would that work? The excel file should be uploaded on "One Drive Business" or "One drive Personal" so if there is a change in that excel file it automatically updates the power bi file with that data? I'm trying to accomplish an excel file that will be modified on demand to sync with the report as soon as the excel is modified so that the client is able to visualize the new data on the report.Re: Power BI Report Publish to Web with a step further
v-chuncz-msft Thanks for the answer. I have a couple of questions though. First in the case of "Embed report in a secure portal or website" it is only possible for clients to see the report if the have a Pbi Pro License which is not the case in this scenario so it wouldn't be useful, or is there another way that I'm not seeing? In the case of "Embed content for customers", it is possible to create an App that is password protected with a log in? I'm not sure I get the method of programming it and if it would be appropriate for this case. Thanks in advancePower BI Report Publish to Web with a step further
Hello everyone, In my organization we're tying to implement the Publish to Web feature to the company's website, which has been totally possible, and it is running ok to this day. But the main objective is to have a "Free Report" available for everyone that goes into the company's website and also a "Paid/Protected Report" for other company's to see and use. This "Protected Report" is the free one (based on public information posted online, organized to be useful as a report) but with added pages that are calculated and designed by my company. This extra pages add the value that we're trying to monetize. The main objective is to use the Free Report to attract clients to pay for the Full Report. The idea is for us to be able to control who can access this Full Report so that if we sell a client the access to it, the client won't be able to pass around the "password" or whatever security details are used to access it. If this situation were to happen eventually everyone would be able see it without getting permition from us, thus the monetization would be impossible (we would only sell one license). Is there a way to do it? I hope it is clear enough. Also we have a Power BI Pro License. Thanks for taking the time to read Cheers
