De acuerdo, así que intenté volver a abrir el archivo de Power BI y volver a revisar el conjunto de datos. Resulta que en realidad no había eliminado la fila Totales después de todo el jajaja. Error tonto de mi parte, pero el reordenamiento de filas sigue ocurriendo incluso después de eliminar la fila Totales. Realmente no afecta a los objetos visuales / informe, pero es sólo un poco molesto de ver. ¿Alguna idea de cómo superarlo?Re: Need to add a column from sharepoint excel file to power BI dataset
Okay so I just tried reopening the power BI file and going through the dataset again. Turns out I hadn't actually deleted the Totals row after all hahaha. Silly mistake on my part, but the reordering of rows is still occurring even after I remove the Totals Row. It doesn't really affect the visuals/report, but it's just a bit annoying to see. Lo que quise decir con eso es que he hecho un paso en PQ para eliminar las últimas filas del sharepoint Excel. Como resultado, la fila Totales se quita de la parte inferior del Excel y la fila 109 es la última fila. What I meant by that is I have done a step in PQ to remove the last few rows from the sharepoint excel. As a result, the Totals row is removed from the bottom of the excel, and Row 109 is the last row. hola @Fowmy , Claro, pero no creo que sea necesario ahora como me las arreglé para crear una nueva consulta y acaba de repetir los pasos allí en su lugar. Tengo un nuevo problema ahora. En el editor de consultas de energía, mis filas se numeran correctamente del 1 al 109. En mi sharepoint excel, después de la fila 109 hay una fila Totales, que he excluido de mi conjunto de datos de BI. No aparece en el editor de consultas de energía. Sin embargo, cuando "cierra y aplico", algunas filas de la parte superior se reordenan en la parte inferior y la fila Totales aparece de la nada. HI Fowmy , Sure but i dont think its necessary now as i managed to create a new query and just repeated the steps there instead. I have a new issue now. In the power query editor, my rows are numbered properly from 1 - 109. In my sharepoint excel, after Row 109 there is a Totals row, which I have excluded from my BI dataset. It does not show up in the power query editor. However, when I "close and apply", a few rows from the top are reordered to the bottom and the Totals row appears from nowhere. I dont need the Totals row as it interferes with my visuals. Any ideas?? Hola a todos, Tengo un archivo power bi conectado a un archivo de Excel sharepoint y ya tengo un informe de objetos visuales listos para ir. En el archivo de punto compartido, tengo un conjunto de columnas que se usan en el informe, por ejemplo, de la columna A a la columna Z. Necesito agregar una nueva columna en el medio de este conjunto de columnas, por ejemplo, Columna Q, y necesito usar los datos de la columna Q en el informe de BI. Hello all, I have a power bi file connected to a sharepoint excel file and I already have a report of visuals ready to go. In the sharepoint file, I have a set of columns being used in the report say, from Column A to Column Z. I need to add a new column in the middle of this set of columns, say Column Q, and I need to use Column Q's data in the BI report. I've tried adding the column in the sharepoint file, and then refreshing the local dataset. Due to the many editing steps i've made, the local dataset does not load properly. I went through the task of making the changes from the top, adding the new column Q, and making sure the consecutive editing steps are not Errors. I finally managed to finish it but on hitting "close and apply", the dataset reorders the columns on its own and the report has no visuals. Any idea on what I could do to fix this issue? Hi all, Below are screenshots of what my local dataset looks like and what the row cards in my report look like. I've used a measure to introduce decimal places, but the digits should be the same. I'm trying to show the sum of FY19 Pd (which is the last value in FY19 Cumulative) and FY20 Pd (last value in FY20 Cumulative) I have no idea why this change of (5531 to 5532) and (5266 to 5265) is occurring. Any ideas?
