Filter Data based on IF condition - 2 tables
Hello, I have a file called SKU guidance which is maintained on SharePoint. I added those Guidance values on Item table by using LOOKUPVALUE. Guidance = LOOKUPVALUE('SKU Guidance'[Guidance],'SKU Guidance'[2nd Item Number],'Item'[Product SKU]) Now I have Customer table which has Member Type Code: Now I have a visual table which have bunch of columns including Member Type Code and Guidance. My objective is: Whenever there is a Member Type Code is NM then guidance should be 0, otherwise whatever the Guidance. My question is how do I achieve that? Hi, This is my first attempt to use "Power Automate". Objective is: I want to send an email to myself once the dataset is refreshed succefully. Here are the steps I followed: 1. Logged onto make.powerautomate.com 2. Clicked on Create 3. Searched for "Power BI" 4. Clicked on tempate "Trigger a flow with a Power BI data-driven alert" 5. Gave an alert name "Catalyst Refreshed Correctly" 6. Clicked on "New Step" 7. Searched for "Outlook office 365". 8. Clicked on "Send an email (v2)" - specified the email addresses: To, Subject, Body etc. 9. Clicked on "New Step" 10. Searched for "Power BI" --> Refresh a dataset 11. Selected Workspace and Dataset. 12. It says "Your flow is ready to go. We recommend you test it. Checked manually. Looks like my steps are wrong, can anyone please point me to right direction? Anonymous Thanks for reply. I am trying to figure out what would be the code for myltivalue parameter? Just as a background, snowflake sql is the data source as an ODBC connector. Hello, Trying to figure out the multi-value parameter in Paginated report when Snowflake SQL is the source and running into issue. #1. Tried this: and I get this Query window: Not sure, what to do with this. But if I cancel then it goes away but the query doesn't work. I tried this link as well and that's where I got the string that is above. Has anyone used Snowflake SQL as a datasource for their Paginated report? I am trying to do the cascading prompts and get the value from one query and putting it in the 2nd one but getting issue. Here is more detail: Here are the steps I have done: 1. Data Source connection is : ODBC/Snowflake. 2. First dataset: Simple SQL query to get "Parent" Info. select RETAILER_NAME from table where Enrollment_Year = 2022 3. Second dataset: Simple SQL query where I am referencing the parameter. Hello, We got Snowflake as our new datasource. On Day 1, I thought I should use DirectQuery but I am already running into limitations from the get go. So bit of a general question: DirectQuery or Import for Snowflake? These limitations make DirectQuery not an attractive proposition. Any advice why should we use DirectQuery? Hi, Has anyone experienced this? Even if I make small change in the query in Power BI, it takes forever to update it in Desktop. Same query runs within seconds on Oracle PL SQL developer. It happens with almost all the queries on Desktop. No matter how big or small they are. Is there any setting I need to change in Desktop? Thanks, RK
